ECH School Improvement Council

 

The ECH School Improvement Council serves as an advisory group for the ECHS administration and faculty.  The council includes parents, students, HGTC representation, teachers, and representatives from the community.  Read more on the SC SIC website:

The group meets monthly, and the key functions include:

1. work with the school to develop and implement a five-year school improvement plan (school renewal
    plan);

2.  monitor and evaluate success in reaching the plan's goals and objectives;  

3.  write an annual report to parents about the progress of the plan; 

4.  assist the principal in writing the narrative for the School Report Card; and 

5.  advise on the use of school incentive awards and provide assistance as requested by the principal.
