School Calendars
HCS Early College High School follows the Horry County Schools' traditional calendar. We also follow the HGTC calendar for students in college classes. There are some days that are HCS holidays that are regular school days for Early College students taking HGTC courses. Those students must provide their own transportation to classes if HCS is closed. During HGTC days off, for example when their classes end earlier in December, ECHS provides college coverage in the building so those students maintain required seat time.
